Schlechte Nachrichten ... trotzdem danke Steve ;-) Jason hat heute Nachmittag gesagt, dass Sweeney Todd nicht nach London gehen wird. Traurig, aber wohl leider war, wenn es der Mann selbst verkündet.

BAD NEWS - nevertheless thx 4 letting us know, Steve! So Sweeney Todd is not going to London. This is what Jason said this afternoon. Sad news indeed especially for those who hoped to get a chance to watch it for the first time by then.

Im Forum findet ihr meinen Bericht über Sweeney Todd im Theatre Royal in Glasgow (Ja, ich war tatsächlich da!!!). Also, einfach mal reinschauen ... Außerdem gibt es wieder aktuelle Zeitungsartikel im Internet, so auf www.theherald.co.uk, www.eveningtimes.co.uk und www.expressandstar.com. Paula hat mir zudem noch den Link zu der Terry Wogan Show geschickt, die aufgezeichnet wurde, als Jason mit ST in Milton Keynes war (auf der Seite nach ganz unten scrollen). Danke Paula! In our forum you find my latest report on Sweeney Todd in the Theatre Royal in Glasgow (Yep, I was there!!!). So don't forget to check it out ... I have just found another interview on www.icbirmingham.co.uk. Quite interesting because of all the topics.

Eigentlich sollte Jason am Dienstag (14.3.) in der Jonathan Bellamy City Drive Radio Show ein Interview geben. Dieses konnte er jedoch leider nicht wahrnehmen, weil er ein Interview (zusammen mit Harriet Thorpe) beim Radio BBC Stoke gegeben hat. Zum Nachhören einfach hier klicken.

Nachdem die Sweeney Todd Tour beendet ist, wird das Musical nach London zurückkehren (siehe www.sondheim.org) und im New Ambassadors Theatre, London zu sehen sein. After the Tour of Sweeney Todd ends in April it returns to the West End (look at www.sondheim.org) and is said to be shown at the New Ambassadors Theatre, London. So far there is no official confirmation that Jason will play the Demon Barber again. But it sounds promising.
